How long does the application process take?: Once all the information is gathered and received usually approval can be given within 24 Hours.

Is my deposit refundable?: Deposit is refundable after your 12-month lease has been completed, a 30 day written notice is given and apartment is inspected.

Is there a monthly pet fee?: We do not have a monthly pet fee. We only require a non-refundable initial pet fee and to sign a pet agreement when the pet comes to live at the apartment.

Do you do a background check?: We run a soft background check free of charge.

My credit isn’t good. Would I qualify for an apartment?: Our applications approval is not based on credit scores only.

Do you charge an application fee?: Our application is free.

Do you allow pets and is there a deposit?: We allow 1-2 pets under 35 lbs. each and we have a one time nonrefundable pet fee.

What would it take to qualify for an apartment?: To qualify for an apartment, you need to have a valid id, a free application filled out, proof of income of the last 3 months making 3.5 times the rent and if you have rental history in the last 6 months, we would also need the proof of rent payments of the last 6 months.
